Sabine Imhof (1973, Gelnhausen) trained as a photographer in Frankfurt am Main (1995–1998) before studying film theory, philosophy, and ethnology in Mainz, earning an M.A. in 2006.

Based in Frankfurt, she works artistically and photographically from her studio at atelierhaus EULENGASSE. Since 2021, she has also directed the Kommunales Kino Filmforum Höchst. Dance has always been a passion, often integrated into her artistic practice — whether as a photographic project, in film, or as a live performance.
