Autumn Culture in Skövde – and Prints of Time at the Heart of It

The new Autumn Culture brochure for Skövde has arrived, bringing together a rich programme of exhibitions, performances, workshops and cultural events taking place across the city this season.

You can now pick up your copy at Skövde Kulturhus, Skövde Kulturfabrik, Stadshuset and Kulturlabbet. It is also well worth exploring the event calendar – this autumn Skövde is full of opportunities to discover art, music, film and creative encounters.

We are especially happy to see Vládmir Combre de Sena from the artist collective EULENGASSE on the cover of this year’s brochure. Together with our residency project Prints of Time, he will be one of the guest artists at Konstmuseet Skövde throughout September and October.

The residency brings together Andrea Interschik, Anette Kaplan, Elvira Lantenhammer, Harald Etzemüller, Kerstin Lichtblau, Lilo Karsten, Sabine Imhof and Vládmir Combre de Sena, whose projects will unfold across the museum and the city through exhibitions, workshops, performances, walks and conversations.

The brochure also includes a full interview with Vládmir about the residency, our ideas for Skövde, and how participation and shared experiences shape our artistic practice.

THE MARCH

Konstmuseet on Tour is written on the flag which the three of us took turns waving. Was the march a walk? Oh, yes! After all, it was also about visual perception. About perceiving an inner world. A social landscape.
